AGING In 40 hl oak barrels, for a duration of 30 months. Bottling at the end of summer, further refinement in the bottle before being marketed for one year.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS Expression of a soil richer in clay and limestone than the soil of Rocche di Castiglione, in the same municipality, Barolo Villero has power and roundness. The nose offers intriguing and compact sensations of violet, red fruit, cocoa and licorice. Complex tannic texture, but which emerges with a delicate final sweetness.
