The Nebbiolo d’Alba Vigna Carzello 2020 is a red wine of refined elegance and structure, produced by Edoardo Sobrino in the heart of the Langhe, on the renowned hills of Diano d’Alba, from a single parcel: Vigna Carzello.

Made exclusively from Nebbiolo grapes harvested by hand at the right degree of ripeness, this wine represents the faithful expression of the grape variety, with fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature and aging for 12 months in oak barrels, which delicately and profoundly sculpts its profile.

Tasting notes

• Color: intense ruby red tending towards garnet with age

• Nose: broad and fine, with notes of cherry and raspberry, rose and violet, enriched by subtle hints of black pepper and balsamic accents

• Palate: full and harmonious, with fine and velvety tannins, excellent freshness and a long finish. Structured yet balanced
