After direct pressing in vertical presses, the wine ferments in steel and barrique, giving life to a medium-structured but very drinkable red. On the nose, intense hints of plum and cherry emerge, accompanied by a sauvage note that adds complexity, always maintaining a refined finesse.

Sylvain Pataille, a self-taught winemaker and visionary, has transformed a small plot inherited in the 1990s into a 24-hectare domaine. His production philosophy is rooted in the use of natural practices and experimentation, with meticulous attention to sustainability.
