The result of careful organic cultivation and manual harvesting into small crates, this Ribona is born on the gentle Macerata hills, where the vines grow without the use of synthetic chemicals. In the cellar, winemaking combines tradition and innovation: the grapes are pressed with their stems and enriched with dry ice to preserve their aromas and freshness. After a slow, low-temperature fermentation, the wine rests for six months in steel, then completes its aging in the bottle.

In the glass, it presents a brilliant straw yellow with greenish reflections. The nose offers lively notes of citrus, white flowers, and a hint of honey. In the mouth, it is fresh, mineral, and savory, supported by a balanced acidity that prolongs its persistence.

Perfect as an elegant aperitif, it harmoniously accompanies delicate appetizers, fish dishes, and grilled white meats.
