A white wine of rare elegance, the result of a meticulous artisanal winemaking process. Towards the end of the harvest, three equal masses of grapes are picked from a single vineyard on the same day, then processed separately to preserve their nuances.

A significant portion of the grapes are not destemmed: the whole, hand-picked berries are gently pressed. The clear and fragrant free-run must ferments at a low temperature in three dedicated tanks: two made of concrete and one of wood. After at least 12 months of aging on the lees, a cuvée is born, featuring only the best batches.

In the glass, the wine reveals aromas of citrus, white flowers, honey, and a delicate note of enamel. On the palate, the lively acidity and distinct minerality provide savoriness, persistence, and balance, making it an extremely versatile wine: from aperitifs to red meat dishes.
