The result of careful vinification solely from Sangiovese grapes cultivated according to organic farming principles, this rosé expresses all the freshness and elegance of the Marche region.

The delicate color is achieved through a very short maceration on the skins (20-25 minutes) in a soft press, followed by pressing and fermentation at low temperatures to preserve fragrance and aromas. After static decantation, the wine refines for about six months in ceramic tanks, then completes maturation in the bottle, developing balance and personality.

On the nose, it releases fruity and floral aromas. On the palate, it is fresh, savory, and balanced, with a slight tannic note and a harmonious structure.

Pairings: perfect with pasta dishes and meats with tomato sauce, such as pizzaiola, as well as with charcuterie appetizers and flavorful fish dishes.
