From the sandy hills of Terricciola, facing South-East and shaped by an ancient marine presence, comes a Vermentino that expresses the territory with elegance and authenticity. The 2024 harvest delivers a brilliant white wine, with a luminous straw-yellow color and a fine, inviting aromatic profile.

The nose reveals fresh notes of citrus, chamomile flowers, and ripe pineapple, anticipating a fresh, refined, and harmonious sip. On the palate, light nuances of aromatic herbs emerge, with a mineral finish that provides cleanliness and persistence.

Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and aging in steel tanks on its lees for about 4 months allow the full expression of the grape's purity and the terroir's vibrancy.

It is an ideal wine to accompany fish dishes, seasonal vegetables, delicate white meats, and fresh cheeses.
