AlpeRegis is dedicated to lovers of good food and good living. The name evokes the regal figure of Rotari and the Alpine territory that helped make Rotari legendary by etching his deeds into history.

100% Chardonnay. It represents the essence of AlpeRegis sparkling wine production. Obtained from a selection of grapes harvested in the hillside vineyards surrounding the Rotaliana Plain. It stands out for its maturity and balance.

GRAPE VARIETY AND WINEMAKING Aged for 60 months on the lees. The grapes are harvested at a more advanced stage of ripeness compared to other sparkling wine bases. This has resulted in base wines with more controlled acidity, yet still fragrant in terms of aromatic freshness. The total malolactic fermentation of the base wine further reduced acidity, enhancing softness and taste fullness. The choice of tirage yeast was made by favoring certain strains that contribute roundness to the taste thanks to the release of mannoproteins.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS Typical notes of hazelnut and dried fruit well harmonized with hints of peach, apricot, and yellow apple. The absence of dosage of the house liqueur allows one to savor the strong and intact taste of this distinguished sparkling wine, without sacrificing the pleasure of a pleasant taste on the palate.

PAIRINGS An aperitif for connoisseurs and demanding palates, it is best enjoyed with raw fine fish.
