King Rotari assumed the honorific title of "Flavian" to recall Roman and Byzantine imperial prestige. Rotari Flavio is therefore the most prestigious expression of Rotari's oenological and sparkling wine style. Our Trentodoc excellence at its best.

VARIETY AND VINIFICATION Reserve produced exclusively with grapes harvested and selected by hand in our most suitable vineyards in the hilly areas along the Adige Valley north of Trento. Produced only from Chardonnay grapes with maturation on the yeasts for at least 60 months.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS Brut with great structure, with intense and persistent aromatic notes and extremely fine perlage. It smells of citrus, apricot and yellow peach with a hint of hazelnut, yeast and honey aromas.

PAIRINGS Ideal for the entire meal, it goes especially well with important dishes based on fish and shellfish, cheeses and succulent second courses based on white meat.
