What payment methods are offered?
We offer all the main and most common payment methods. To ensure our customers an easy and totally safe purchase, this site uses advanced technology with data encryption on SSL secure servers (in the address bar you will find the padlock that confirms that the site is internationally certified). Regarding payments with credit cards, the site uses PayPal and Shopify Payments which are two of the largest gateways in the world for online payments.
Below are the payment methods we offer.
Credit, debit or prepaid cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Poste Pay). Thanks to innovative security and fraud prevention systems, your credit card information is totally safe and is never communicated to the merchant.
PayPal: During the purchase phase you will be redirected to the Paypal portal (world leader company for online payments) where you will be asked to enter your Paypal account data. When you enter your account, the data is instantly encrypted on your PC before being sent to the Paypal server. When you use PayPal, your financial information is never disclosed to the merchant.

What is the CVV code of the credit card?
The CVV / CVC code is a 3-digit numeric code found on the back of credit or debit cards. It is used as a security tool
Does the price of the products include VAT?
Yes, the final price includes VAT
Do I have to be registered to make a purchase?
No, you can place your order without being registered. However, registration is recommended as it allows you to have access to all information relating to your orders and you will have the opportunity to receive exclusive offers.
Do I have to be of legal age to purchase items from this shop?
Yes, the sale is allowed to customers over the age of 18

Summer shipments
Given the current high temperatures, to best preserve the characteristics of your wines, we will ship from Monday to Thursday, so as not to leave the bottles in storage all weekend.
Can I modify an order that has already been placed?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact support via email for any changes
Can I receive an invoice?
Receiving an invoice for an order is simple. Send a request email to info@enotecapickup.com immediately after purchasing. We will send you the invoice within 24 working hours.
How can I return a product?
To return a product purchased on the Pick Up Winery online store, just send an email within 14 days of delivery of the order to info@enotecapickup.com describing the reason for the return. The shipping costs of any returns are charged to the customer.
We do not accept replacement requests or complaints for bottles of rare wines. Each bottle had its own history of conservation and was checked before being put on sale. However, we cannot guarantee that after so many years the wine is still perfectly preserved.
