Alta Langa DOCG "Parcellaire" 2020 – Enrico Serafino

“Parcellaire” represents the absolute purity of Alta Langa according to Enrico Serafino. This Extra Brut Metodo Classico sparkling wine is born from careful parcel vinification, with grapes selected from vineyards of 95% Pinot Noir and 5% Chardonnay, which express the unique character of each parcel to the fullest. The 2020 vintage, memorable for its balance and elegance, gives the wine an intense aromatic profile and a refined style.

With an Extra Brut dosage, low in sugars and without distillates, this Metodo Classico allows the terroir to speak with all its strength and authenticity. The straw-yellow color with golden reflections is accompanied by a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, floral notes, white-fleshed fruit, bread crust, and a decided minerality emerge. On the palate, it is complex, vertical, vibrant, and citrusy, with an elegant structure and a long, slightly “scratchy” finish, typical of the Alta Langa hills.

Perfect as an excellent aperitif, it also surprises throughout the meal, pairing excellently with fish dishes, raw fish, white meats, and fresh cheeses.
