Les Terres Blanches is an authentic expression of the Pouilly terroir, resulting from grapes grown on marl-limestone soils that give the wine structure, finesse, and great typicity. The name of the cuvée specifically refers to this unique geological component, which represents about 40% of the entire Pouilly vineyard area. Spontaneously fermented in steel with indigenous yeasts and aged on fine lees, this Sauvignon Blanc impresses with its elegant and aromatic profile: the nose opens with hints of white-fleshed fruit, citrus, and light smoky nuances. The palate is fresh, enveloping, and very clean, with a mineral finish that highlights its origin. Perfect with crustaceans, seafood, grilled fish, goat cheese, or seasonal vegetables. A refined Pouilly-Fumé rich in character, which sincerely tells the beauty of one of the most famous terroirs of the Loire Valley.
