Barbera d’Alba DOC “Lorens”

Pure Barbera from Treiso and Roddi | Richness, structure, elegance

Barbera d'Alba "Lorens" is made from 100% Barbera grapes, grown in the estate's vineyards located in the municipalities of Treiso and Roddi, in the heart of the Langhe. The grapes are thinned at veraison to obtain greater aromatic concentration and quality.

The harvest is manual, in crates, followed by crushing-destemming and a maceration of about 18 days at controlled temperature. The wine ages in barriques and tonneaux, completing its maturation with 6 months in the bottle, to best express the rich and decisive character of Langhe Barbera

Color: full and brilliant purplish red

Aroma: rich, broad and complex, with intense notes of blueberries, blackberries, sweet spices and a balsamic undertone

Taste: full, structured, harmonious, with great persistence and excellent balance between freshness and softness
