The 2022 Gal Barbera d'Asti is a tribute to "the winemakers of yesteryear who, late at night, were still thinking about grapes and wine." A red wine that speaks of dedication, patience, and respect for the land, interpreting Barbera in its most sincere form.

Made from 100% Barbera, this wine is crafted with an essential philosophy: it is neither clarified nor filtered, to preserve its integrity and authenticity. Aging takes place exclusively in steel tanks, a choice that maintains the purity of the fruit and varietal energy.

In the glass, it presents an intense ruby red, destined to turn towards garnet with evolution. The nose is vinous and characteristic, with a progression that tends towards more ethereal and complex notes over time. On the palate, it is dry, structured, and full-bodied, with the typical freshness of Barbera that supports the sip. With aging, it gains greater harmony and roundness, maintaining a decisive and satisfying taste.

A straightforward, territorial wine, capable of expressing tradition with energy and depth.

Perfect with tajarin with ragu, Piedmontese agnolotti, red meats, mixed boiled meats, and medium-aged cheeses. Also excellent with traditional cured meats.
