The Barolo “Albe” by G.D. Vajra is a poetic tribute to the light and sounds of the hills in the morning, when the rising sun caresses the three vineyards from which the grapes for this cuvée come. Three plots with different exposures and altitudes, united in a single harmonious and refined wine. In the glass, it presents a ruby red color with garnet nuances. The bouquet is complex and fascinating: rose petals, dark berries, tobacco, sweet spices, and orange peel. On the palate, it confirms elegance and depth, with mature tannins, a fine structure, and a long mineral persistence. Perfect with roasts, braised meats, game, rich traditional Piedmontese dishes, and aged cheeses.
