The Barolo Cerretta 2019 comes from one of the most celebrated crus in the municipality of Serralunga d'Alba, the heart of the Barolo denomination. Cerretta is an area known for producing wines with great structure and aromatic depth, yet capable of remarkable refinement and aging potential.

Produced from 100% Nebbiolo, hand-harvested, the wine is traditionally vinified: destemming and crushing followed by an 8–10 day maceration at controlled temperature (max 30 °C). After malolactic fermentation, which takes place before winter, the wine matures for at least 18 months in oak barrels of various capacities, and completes its refinement with 12 months in bottle.

• Taste: elegant, structured, fresh, with flavorful and well-integrated tannins, and a long finish where fruity and floral sensations return
