SENSORY ANALYSIS
The visual aspect of this wine is a ruby ​​with shades that recall garnet. When smelled, it presents itself in a pleasantly intense and complex way; the aromas of cherry and plum clearly emerge, accompanied by delicate floral notes of violet and spicy undertones of tobacco and cinnamon. The tasting reveals a strong character and an evident balance, maintaining a prolonged persistence over time.
RECOMMENDED ACCOMPANIMENTS
Perfect to pair with second courses, it demonstrates a particular affinity with red meats.
