Champagne "Réflexion R.020" 2021 – Lallier
Purity, freshness and identity | Contemporary Champagne according to Lallier
The "Réflexion R.021" Champagne from Maison Lallier is a modern and precise cuvée, expressing the essence of the 2021 vintage (81% of the blend) combined with the depth of reserve wines from the 2018 and 2019 vintages. For the first time, Chardonnay (51%) prevails in the cuvée, in a perfect balance with Pinot Noir (49%), signing a bright, saline and floral style.
The grapes come from over 50 crus selected from Côte des Blancs, Côte de Sézanne, Montgueux, Vallée de la Marne and Montagne de Reims. The 2020 harvest, early and of excellent quality, provided grapes of great freshness and aromatic maturity, perfect for a lively and persistent Champagne.
