L'Ouverture by Frédéric Savart represents the opening Blanc de Noirs of this splendid Domaine, entirely composed of 100% Pinot Noir coming exclusively from the vineyards of the prestigious Premier Cru villages: Ecueil and Villiers-aux-Noeuds. This Extra Brut Champagne stands out for its limited edition, offering a fresh, immediate and refined experience.

Frédéric Savart's estate extends over four hectares of vineyards in the Montage de Reims, of which three hectares are located in Écueil and one in nearby Villiers-aux-Noeuds. The predominance of Pinot Noir characterizes almost the entire vineyard, with half a hectare dedicated to Chardonnay. Founded by Daniel's father, René Savart, in 1947, the family business saw Daniel take on responsibility for winemaking in 1970. Despite limited production until the mid-1980s, today the estate is led by Frédéric, who adopts a simple philosophy: "The best wine is produced from the best grapes". Therefore, it aims to prevent diseases in the vineyards rather than treat them later. The result is an authentic, high quality and distinctive Champagne.
