Nicolas Maillart's Champagne Premier Cru Extra Brut "Platine" is mainly composed of Pinot Noir (54%) with the addition of Chardonnay (26%) and Meunier (20%).

For this special selection, only grapes from the prestigious vineyards classified as Premiers and Grands Crus, located in the Montagne de Reims, are vinified. In particular, the villages of Bouzy, Ecueil and Villers Allerand contribute to the creation of this Cuvée. The blending of the 2018 harvest, with a significant percentage of reserve wine - around 50% aged in wooden barrels - gives this Champagne a high consistency and a distinctive style, offering extraordinary balance and freshness.

Champagne Premier Cru Extra Brut Platine shows a fascinating golden color, characterized by a subtle and persistent perlage. On the nose, it manifests itself with a delicate scent of apple that evolves towards notes of ripe fruit and toasted nuances. On the palate, a pleasantly fresh and vinous entry reveals a rich Champagne underpinned by exceptional elegance.
