VIGNAdiMILO : The 100% Carricante vine of this small parcel is the result of a particular massal viticultural selection made by salvo foti in over 20 years of activity. The vineyard was partially planted with the ancient Etna technique of "magliuoli": direct production, without grafting on American vines (ungrafted). The cultivation of the vineyard is done by hand using natural products. No biotechnologies are used in winemaking.
