Elegant and full of character, this Marche Bianco is made from Verdicchio grapes grown on calcareous soils with a north-easterly exposure, which impart finesse, freshness, and verticality. Manual harvesting preserves the perfection of the berries, which are gently pressed in a soft press without destemming.

The must, cold decanted, ferments clear to express all the purity of the fruit. The wine ages for 3 months in steel on fine lees, followed by 4 months in concrete tanks, developing structure and complexity.

On the palate, it is dry, warm, and persistent, with a pleasant mineral note that invites the next sip. A refined organic white, ideal with fish dishes, shellfish, fresh cheeses, and delicate white meats.
