This Piceno DOC is born from a careful balance between two great grape varieties: Montepulciano, harvested before full ripeness to preserve acidity and structure, and Sangiovese, harvested slightly overripe to deliver elegant tannins and softness.

The hand-picked grapes are destemmed and fermented in concrete and steel tanks. The wine ages for at least 15 months in small oak barrels, developing complexity and harmony, and each bottle is individually numbered on the label.

In the glass, it presents an intense and brilliant ruby red color. On the nose, notes of ripe black cherry, vanilla, and cocoa emerge. On the palate, it is warm, savory, with vigorous yet balanced tannins; the initial freshness gives way to a long and persistent finish, where the olfactory sensations return.

Pairings: a versatile wine, ideal with soups, pastas, risottos, red meats, and medium-aged cheeses.
