An exceptional Metodo Classico, born from a bold idea and meticulously crafted: KASKAL is a sparkling wine that surprises with its elegance, identity, and depth. The name, inspired by Ancient Sumerian, means "the path that leads to the king": a symbol of a patient, ambitious, and rigorous journey, aimed at exploring the noblest and most refined side of Nebbiolo.

Produced exclusively from the tips of hand-picked bunches in Serralunga d'Alba, at an altitude of about 300 meters, Kaskal is rooted in calcareous-clay soils rich in marl, which contribute to its structure and finesse. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel with selected yeasts, while aging extends for 60 months on the lees, without any added sugar during disgorgement.

In the glass, it offers a very fine and persistent perlage. The aromatic profile is complex and deep, with mineral hints, dry floral accents, and subtle evolutionary notes. The palate is taut, savory, vertical, with great precision and elegance.
