Malvè is the natural rosé from Tenuta Cà del Prete, an artisanal winery led by Luca Ferrero in Pino d’Asti, in the heart of Piedmont. A wine born from deep respect for the land and the desire to express, unfiltered, the identity of native red-berried Piedmontese grapes.

The vines, approximately 30 years old, are rooted in calcareous soils with the presence of clay, sand, and silt. They are cultivated exclusively according to the principles of organic farming, without the use of chemical or synthetic products, fostering a vibrant ecosystem rich in biodiversity.

Harvesting is manual, and the grapes, once destemmed, are immediately separated from their skins to preserve their freshness and aromatic finesse. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, without corrective interventions. Aging takes place in steel tanks for several months. The wine is neither filtered nor clarified, in full respect of the Ferrero family's natural philosophy.

In the glass, it presents a bright and luminous pink. The bouquet is delicate and fragrant, with hints of rose, viola, and violet, accompanied by small red fruits such as currant and raspberry. On the palate, it is fresh, savory, and mineral, with a juicy and smooth sip that invites another drink.

An authentic, essential, and vibrant rosé, genuinely expressing the winemaker's touch and the voice of the territory.
