“This is a Sangiovese that tells the truest story of Romagna.
We are in Predappio, one of the most suitable areas in all of Romagna: calcareous hills, plenty of ventilation, and a unique character that you can taste in the glass.

The La Collina del Tesoro winery works organically, with spontaneous fermentations and very few sulfites: here the Sangiovese is clean, direct, without masks.

In the glass, you'll find cherry, Mediterranean herbs, and that lovely minerality typical of Predappio. On the palate, it's fresh, with elegant tannins and incredible drinkability.

It's the perfect wine for a barbecue, a Romagna charcuterie board, or simply for enjoying good wine with company.

Spontaneous fermentations with a proportion of whole cluster and aging in large barrels (30 and 50 hl) until bottling in July. Manual harvest. Blend of 5 different vineyards located between the Rabbi and Montone valleys.

Alcohol 12.5%, Romagna DOP Sangiovese Predappio appellation. Organic wine. Natural one-piece cork 26 x 49. Bottles produced: 6000 x 750 ml and 250 magnums.

Dark, deep, and earthy nose. Violet soon gives way to hints of undergrowth and herbs. Very elegant, multi-faceted palate, with red fruit appearing only at the finish to contrast a vibrant acidity.
