Rosso di Montalcino DOC – J.G. Benda

J.G. Benda's Rosso di Montalcino is a pure Sangiovese that precisely and authentically expresses the freshest and most elegant character of the Montalcino territory. Coming from vineyards located at high altitudes, nestled in the woods, it is born from an artisanal and non-interventionist approach, aimed at maximizing the terroir.

In the glass, it presents a brilliant ruby red color. On the nose, it offers intense aromas of fresh cherry, small red berries, and delicate floral notes, accompanied by spicy and herbaceous nuances. On the palate, it is vibrant and harmonious, with silky tannins, a pleasant freshness, and a long mineral persistence that enhances its drinkability.

Winemaking takes place with spontaneous fermentations in steel and aging in large oak barrels, without invasive filtrations, to preserve purity and expressiveness. The result is an elegant, dynamic, and territorial wine, capable of combining immediacy and depth.

Perfect with structured pasta dishes, grilled meats, and traditional Tuscan dishes, but also ideal to drink on its own to appreciate all its finesse.
