A fragrant, saline, and luminous white, born from the red soil of Vittoria and the authentic soul of Arianna Occhipinti.
SP68 Bianco is much more than a base wine: it is a declaration of intent, an ode to peasant simplicity, respectful agriculture, and true craftsmanship.

The Moscato di Alessandria and Albanello grapes, harvested by hand between late September and early October, ferment spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in concrete vats, where they remain in contact with the skins for 12–15 days. The wine then ages for 6–7 months without fining or filtration. The result is an intense and refreshing white that brings the sun, sea, and Sicilian biodiversity to the glass

Color: Brilliant golden yellow

Aroma: Yellow rose, candied peach, magnolia, candied cedar, orange blossom honey, almond, aromatic herbs, and marine notes

Palate: Balanced and vibrant, with aromas of dried fruit and flowers, mineral tension, brackish freshness, and a deep, satisfying finish

Recommended pairings

Ideal with bread, butter, and anchovies, Mediterranean appetizers, aromatic salads, raw seafood, white fish dishes, fresh cheeses, and vegetarian cuisine

Also perfect as a convivial, fresh, and carefree aperitif wine
