A wine born on the north-western side of Etna, amidst the volcanic sands and stones of Contrada Nave, where ungrafted vines over 80 years old tell the ancient strength of the Etna territory.

"Quota N" is an unconventional blend composed of 50% Nerello Mascalese, 20% Grenache and 30% indigenous white grapes (Grecanico, Carricante, Coda di Volpe).
A cuvée that combines tradition and experimentation, vinified with spontaneous fermentation, 15 days of maceration on the skins and aging in concrete and used barriques for 9-10 months.

The result is a fresh, juicy and mineral ruby red, capable of expressing the wild beauty of Etna with a contemporary touch.
