SP68 is a road but also a young wine. Fresh and pleasant, with a delicate taste that brings with it the flavor of the sun and the freshness of this land.

The enchanting "SP68" Rosso by Occhipinti reveals itself in the glass with a vibrant ruby ​​reflection, intense and bright. The enveloping scent linked to the territory spreads suggestive notes of carob, aromatic herbs, juniper and small red fruits, creating an aromatic profile of refined warmth. The tasting, a masterly work of balance, reveals a pleasant softness and an enveloping taste, constantly harmonized by a well-calibrated freshness and a light tannic texture that confers delicacy. An authentic essence not to be missed.

The "SP68" Red wine is born from the union of the Frappato and Nero d'Avola varieties, grown on vineyards trained with the Guyot method and rooted in red-coloured calcareous soils. In the vineyards, the organic farming approach is passionately adopted, excluding any use of chemical or synthetic substances and relying on a light dose of copper and sulphur. In the cellar, alcoholic fermentation occurs spontaneously in concrete tanks, with a period of 30 days enriched by daily pumping over and punching down. The wine does not undergo clarification or filtration processes before being bottled, thus preserving its authenticity in every drop.
