The Lux Vitis 2021 from Tenuta Luce comes from a generous vintage, marked by a mild winter, a balanced spring, and a sunny summer, culminating in a splendid September, which allowed for impeccable phenolic and aromatic maturation of the grapes.

Made from a meticulous selection of Cabernet Sauvignon with a small percentage of Sangiovese, this wine embodies the essence of Tuscan power and elegance.

After a 20-day maceration on the skins, the grapes undergo traditional fermentation and malolactic fermentation in barriques.
The subsequent 24-month aging in 100% new French oak barriques gives Lux Vitis an extraordinary structure, enhancing its depth and longevity.

Visually, it presents as an intense and brilliant ruby red.
The bouquet opens with intense aromas of blackberry and mulberry, enriched by juniper, thyme, and a sweetness of tobacco that enhances the aromatic profile.

On the palate, it is powerful, full-bodied, and vibrant, with silky and elegant tannins, a vital freshness, and a long and persistent finish, capable of leaving an indelible mark.

Ideal with fine dining dishes such as beef fillets, game, and aged cheeses, to be served at 18 °C to fully appreciate its opulence.
