Monte dei Ragni is much more than a winery: it is a small rural oasis in the heart of Valpolicella, where vines coexist with vegetable gardens, animals, and an authentic agricultural vision. Here, every bottle is the result of careful work, respecting the rhythms of nature and tradition.

The Ripasso 2019 is made from Corvina, Molinara, and Rondinella grapes, hand-picked and left to air-dry for three months on vertical racks, according to ancient custom. The "ripasso" on the Amarone pomace enriches the wine with structure and complexity, while the long aging periods – never identical, always calibrated to the vintage – refine its elegance.

In the glass, it strikes with its balance: intensity and depth combine with a savory and lively freshness that perfectly balances the slight residual sugar. A wine that doesn't tire, but rather invites a second sip, leaving a persistent and refined memory.
