• Winemaking according to the principles of the Champenoise Method, with long aging on the lees and zero dosage (Brut Nature), for a pure and uncompromising expression.

• The bottle pressure meets Champagne standards, making it identical in structure and complexity, despite not being able to bear the appellation on the label.

• Color: bright golden with coppery reflections.

• Aroma: intense and complex bouquet, with hints of ripe small red fruits, candied citrus, white flowers, and light chalky notes typical of the calcareous terroir.

• Taste: on the palate it is elegant, dry and vertical. The bubble is fine and persistent, with a beautiful mineral tension that balances the structure of Pinot Noir. Long, savory, and slightly toasted finish.
