Vin Mousseux Orange Brut Nature "Frères" – André Beaufort
"Frères Orange" is a natural sparkling wine that blends artisanal sensibility and vibrant freshness. Terroirs of Provence or Burgundy? In reality, it comes from Southern France thanks to a collaboration between the Beaufort brothers and an organic farmer from Narbonne.
The color is coppery, with a clean and immediate nose, very drinkable. The blend balances the elegance of Pinot Noir with the liveliness of Chardonnay, while the natural winemaking (no sulfites, with spontaneous fermentations) gives it an authentic and vibrant character.
Recommended pairings: perfect as an aperitif, but also pairs well with white meats and fresh cheeses.
Ideal serving temperature: 6–8 °C
Curiosity:
André Beaufort's wines are still disgorged "à la volée," a practice that is not just a nod to tradition, but a way for the producer to connect directly with each individual bottle, breathing in its essence and perfecting it with a personal touch.
