"Beaufort Frères" Rosé Sparkling Wine – André Beaufort
A unique sparkling wine: Beaufort Frères Rosé is born from the union between Maison Beaufort's Champagne tradition and cooperation with an organic winemaker from Hérault (Narbonne). Entirely produced from organic Pinot Noir, this wine tells an authentic story, rooted in sustainable practices.
Natural and artisanal winemaking
After a short maceration on the skins without added sulfites, the juice ferments spontaneously in wooden barrels with indigenous yeasts. The base wines are aged for eight months before bottling; the secondary fermentation in the bottle lasts for at least 24 months. Disgorgement is performed "à la volée", by hand, without filtration or fining, to preserve the purity and integrity of the wine.
Organoleptic profile
– Color: delicate coppery, elegant and brilliant.
– Nose: fresh red fruits, pink flowers and subtle spices.
– Palate: harmonious and creamy, with extraordinary acidity, minerality, and a long, vibrant finish.
The Beaufort brothers' project
Amory, Constant, and Réol Beaufort, sons of the famous Jacques Beaufort, continue the winery's eco-conscious approach. Avoiding the use of pesticides triggered by their father's allergy, they adopted natural agronomic methods — including homeopathy and aromatherapy — safeguarding the vineyard's movement and soil health. Grapes are manually selected and vinified with respect, to pay homage to a quality philosophy based on the pure authenticity of the fruit.
Ideal pairings
Perfect as a sophisticated aperitif, but also surprising with fruit desserts or spicy dishes.
