"Mazzon" is a Pinot Noir grown on the hill of Mazzon, a village on the left of the Adige valley, at the foot of the "Monte Corno" Natural Park and cradle of this delicate vine. The clayey and calcareous nature of the soil are an excellent premise for the production of a sapid, round, finely tannic and fruity Pinot noir with notes of raspberry and cassis.Typical characteristics of Mazzon's Pinot noir are: sweet fruit on the nose, sapidity and dense tannins on the palate.
