Regal, complex, harmonious
A complex and majestic Barolo, with an aromatic profile that ranges from hints of rose petals to plum and black cherry, up to white truffle and undergrowth. The tannic structure is solid and harmonious, with a full and impressive finish.
VINIFICATION
Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled tanks for an average period of 14-15 days. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels, of which 20% new and the remainder second passage, and consequent aging for about 24 months. Bottle aging for at least 12 months.
