SENSORY SENSATIONS:

Intense ruby ​​colour, this wine reveals an enchanting aromatic bouquet, dominated by fragrant red fruits such as blueberry and currant. Its personality in the mouth manifests itself in an expansive and decisive way, surrounded by a texture of soft tannins that pamper the palate. Its persistent finish is characterized by elegant coffee nuances.

CURIOSITY:

Originally from the Jura region, Marc Soyard made his winemaking debut at Domaine de la Cras in 2014. Previously, he gained valuable experience working at Domaine Bizot in Vosne Romanée. In this new adventure, Marc brought with him the same natural winemaking philosophy that he had adopted at Domaine Bizot. All the vineyards are cultivated strictly following the principles of organic farming, integrating some biodynamic practices. At the moment, Domaine de la Cras does not have official certifications, but the entire winemaking process occurs through the exclusive use of natural yeasts and a minimal addition of sulfur.
