Denomination: Champagne AOC
Vintage: NV
Alcohol: 12%
Region: Champagne (France)
Format: 0.75 l
Grapes: Pinot Noir 70%, Chardonnay 28%, Meunier 2%
First pressing of the grapes coming essentially from Grands and Premiers Crus located in the heart of Champagne. From 20 to 30% of reserve wines managed in solera and aged in wood to incorporate old wines without losing any of their freshness.
Traditional vinification, which avoids premature oxidation. Partial malolactic fermentation and aging of reserve wines in barrels, to allow the aromas to acquire greater complexity. Moderate “brut” dosage (8 g / l) to maintain the balance between freshness, fruitiness and vinosity, without masking the character of the wine and its purity.
Aging on the lees in the cellars of the Maison, at a constant temperature of 12 ° C for three years, which is much more than the legal minimum of fifteen months.
At the sight
It has an intense gold color with amber reflections. Lively, fine and persistent foam.
To the nose
First nose with hints of vine flower, lime and lightly toasted bread. On ventilation, notes of red fruits, citrus and honey.
In the mouth
Beautiful vinous attack, fruity (currant, raspberry, ripe grapes) and structured, full and long. Final that gives a light note of biscuit and fragrant bread.
