Champagne Sapience 2012 is the result of an extraordinary collaboration between Benoît Marguet, Benoît Lahaye, Vincent Laval and David Leclapart. This Champagne combines the forces of winemakers passionate about the biodynamic approach. In the Sapience 2012 cuvée, Leclapart's Chardonnay, Laval's Meunier and Lahaye's Pinot Noir come together in a harmonious union. Vinified and aged in the cellar of Benoît Marguet, a renowned biodynamic winemaker, this Champagne matures in oak barrels for 9 months, giving a powerful wine with a light oxidative touch. The result is a Champagne Brut Nature, perfectly balanced, vibrant and energetic.

Since 2004, the entire production has been Demeter certified.
