Frank's Munjebel Cornelissen reveals an intense and lively ruby ​​red. The complex and deep nose gradually reveals tones of blackberries, dark spices, Mediterranean scrub and citrus peel. The often overused definition of "mineral" becomes almost tangible in the aroma of the wine. On the palate, it offers extraordinary richness and completeness, combining a powerful structure with refinement, a touch of salinity and vibrant freshness.

Munjebel comes from Nerello Mascalese grapes, coming from old sapling vines over 60 years old. These vines grow in the districts of Chiusa Spagnolo, Monte Colla, Porcaria, Crasa and Piano Daini on the northern side of Etna. In the vineyard, the natural approach is always maintained, avoiding chemical substances, synthetic treatments and any form of manipulation. In the cellar, after the manual harvest and careful selection of the bunches, spontaneous fermentation takes place in fiberglass tanks, without the addition of sulfur dioxide or filtration.
