EVOLUTION OF THE VINTAGES AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR TASTING
Produced from old non-cloned vines and with low yields, Daumas Gassac wines resist aging like no other.
Stored in a cool cellar (14°-16°C, 57-60°F), even the oldest ones can wait without problems for many years. However,
the permanence at warmer temperatures accelerates the maturation of the wines.
Perfect with complex dishes, red meats, game (especially deer and wild boar) and cheeses.
