At an altitude of 227 meters above sea level, between the valleys of the Tordino and Salinello rivers, where the hills are painted by magnificent vineyards that shape the entire panorama, stands Tenuta De Sterlich.

The grapes are subjected to delicate pressing, followed by cold decantation of the must in the first 24 hours and spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks. After the first racking, the refinement process continues in steel containers on the fine lees for a period of 18 months. Bottling takes place without subjecting the wine to filtration and the refinement process continues in the bottle for at least 6 months before being put on the market.

The wine, characterized by a bright and intense colour, opens on the nose with hints of chamomile and thyme, accompanied by traces of salinity. On the palate, the tasting experience is enhanced by a soft and prolonged finish.

Recommended serving temperature: 6/8 degrees Celsius.

Recommended pairings: Ideal to accompany cold fish-based appetizers, blue and mature cheeses, and white meats.
