WINE DESCRIPTION:

Nicola Gatta's Blanc de Noirs Nature has an intense straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage that make it fascinating to the eye. On the nose, this wine stands out for its delicate fragrances of citrus fruits, yellow pulp fruit and small pastries which create a pleasant and refined olfactory experience. In the mouth, the Blanc de Noirs Nature surprises with its freshness, intensity, flavor and fragrance, which highlight its complexity and balance.

WINE CURIOSITIES:

Nicola Gatta's Blanc de Noirs Nature is produced with 100% Pinot Noir grapes, mainly harvested in 2011, with the addition of some selections of fine wines aged in barrels. Its vinification takes place through the soft pressing of the grapes, which allows to obtain only the light-colored must, followed by a spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and without the addition of sulphites. The wine is then aged on its lees for 98 lunar cycles.
